How to Make 100 Ads in One Afternoon
The 4-Pattern Framework That Ends Creative Block for Good
You're sitting at your desk with a blinking cursor. Another ad to write. Another caption. Another email. And nothing is coming.
You think the problem is your creativity.
It's not. The problem is you're trying to invent when you should be organizing.
The fastest way to produce marketing content that actually works is also the simplest. Everything you need is already in your head. You just have to put it on paper in the right shape.
Here's how.
Start With Two Lists
Open a blank doc. Split it into two columns.
Left column: Every problem your customer has that you solve.
Every single one. The big ones. The small ones. The ones that keep them up at night. The ones that just annoy them during a Tuesday afternoon.
Right column: Every outcome your customer wants.
What does their life look like after they work with you? What does their business look like? What feeling are they chasing?
Write 15 of each. Or 20. Or 50. The more you have, the more ads you have.
Every item on each list is one ad, one post, one email, one piece of content.
If you have 20 problems and 20 outcomes, you already have 40 pieces of content sitting in front of you.
The 4 Patterns
Now pick one of four patterns. Each one takes 30 seconds to write and films straight to camera in a single take.
Pattern 1: Problem, then Outcome
"Struggling to get qualified leads from your website? We help startups in the UAE turn their homepage into their top-performing sales asset."
Name the problem. Name what you deliver. End.
Pattern 2: Outcome, then Problem
"Want your marketing to bring in 10 sales calls a week without you chasing anyone? That's what we build for founders tired of cold DMs."
Lead with the dream. Follow with the pain.
Pattern 3: Social Proof, then Offer
"We helped a SaaS founder in Dubai 3x his signups in 90 days. We can do the same for you. Book a call."
Show the result. Offer the shortcut.
Pattern 4: Offer, then Social Proof
"We build clear messaging frameworks for Arab startups. That's exactly what we did for a fintech client who went from zero inbound to 400 qualified leads a month."
State the offer. Stack the proof.
That's it. Four patterns. Two lists. 100 ads, give or take.
Why This Works
People buy what they understand fastest. When you say their problem back to them in plain language, they feel seen. When you show them the outcome, they want it. When you prove someone else got there, they believe it.
You don't need clever.
You need clear.
Most founders and marketers get stuck because they're chasing "good." They want the hook to be sharp. The visuals to be premium. The copy to be award-winning.
Your customer doesn't care. Your customer wants to know: can you solve my problem, and what happens when you do?
Answer that question 100 different ways and you win.
Not Camera Shy? Here’s How to Film This
Super simple. To the camera.
No studio. No script. No 4K lighting setup.
Phone in portrait. Good natural light. Press record.
Say the line. Stop. Start again if you fumble. Most of your best takes are the first or second one.
Do four patterns a day for a week. That's 28 pieces of content. Do it for a month. That's over 100.
The brands winning right now are not the ones with the best production. They're the ones showing up daily with clear messages to the right people.
Use This Everywhere, Not Just Ads
This framework isn't just for ads. It works across every channel your customer touches:
Social media posts. One problem per post. One outcome per post. One proof per post.
Email subject lines. Start with the problem in the subject. Deliver the outcome in the body.
Blog posts. Each problem on your list is a full article. Each outcome is a full article.
Sales calls. Open with the problem you solve. Close with the outcome you deliver. Back it up with the proof you have.
Landing pages. Problem at the top. Outcome in the middle. Social proof everywhere else.
Your customer is the same person whether they're scrolling Instagram or opening your email or reading your homepage. Speak to them the same way, in the same voice, with the same clarity.
Your Action Step
Close this tab.
Open a blank doc.
Write 15 problems and 15 outcomes. Give yourself 20 minutes.
Tomorrow morning, film one 30-second video for each of the four patterns. That's 20 minutes of filming.
By Friday, you'll have more ready-to-post content than most startups produce in a quarter.
Stop overthinking your marketing. Start listing.
The ads are already in your head.
The framework just pulls them out.

You are a senior marketing strategist who specializes in clear, direct messaging for startups and SMEs. Your job is to help me generate 100 pieces of ready-to-use marketing content using the problem and outcome framework.
Before you generate anything, ask me the 7 questions below. Wait for my answers before moving to the next step. Ask all questions in one message so I can answer them in one batch.
QUESTION 1: What do you sell, and who do you sell it to? Give me the product or service in one sentence, and describe your ideal customer in one sentence.
QUESTION 2: What are the top problems your customers face that your product or service solves? List as many as you can. Include the obvious ones your customers say out loud and the hidden ones they feel but rarely admit.
QUESTION 3: What outcomes do your customers want? What does their life, business, or day look like after you solve their problem? List every transformation you can think of.
QUESTION 4: Share any real results, case studies, or customer wins. Give me names, numbers, timeframes, industries, or specific transformations. If you do not have specifics, describe the general type of result your customers get.
QUESTION 5: What makes your approach different? What do you believe about solving this problem that others get wrong?
QUESTION 6: What tone should the content have? Pick one: conversational, professional, playful, bold, empathetic, or describe your own.
QUESTION 7: Where will these sound bites be used? Pick all that apply: short video scripts (15 to 30 seconds), Instagram captions, LinkedIn posts, email subject lines and opening hooks, website headlines, paid ad copy, or sales call openers.
Once I answer, do the following:
STEP 1: Build a clean list of 15 to 20 customer problems based on my answers.
STEP 2: Build a clean list of 15 to 20 customer outcomes based on my answers.
STEP 3: For every item on both lists, create all four patterns tailored to my tone and medium.
Pattern A: Problem then Outcome
Pattern B: Outcome then Problem
Pattern C: Social Proof then Offer
Pattern D: Offer then Social Proof
STEP 4: Keep each sound bite the right length for its medium. Video scripts stay under 30 seconds when spoken out loud. Social captions fit the platform. Headlines stay under 15 words.
STEP 5: Use my exact language and tone. Do not add corporate jargon. Write in direct, affirmative statements.
STEP 6: After you deliver the content, flag the 10 strongest sound bites across all patterns and explain why each one works.
Start now by asking me the 7 questions.
That's it. One prompt. One afternoon. A library of content you can pull from for the next 6 months.
Save this prompt somewhere you can find it again. Run it every time you launch a new offer, enter a new market, or refresh your messaging.
